AurexCity is a roofing and construction team serving Islamabad and Rawalpindi – here’s who we are and how we work.
AurexCity is a roofing and construction company based in Islamabad, serving homeowners and businesses across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We handle roof installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection work, and we also share what we know through our blog, where we write about roofing materials, common problems, maintenance tips, and general construction topics for anyone who wants to understand their roof a little better.

Who We Are
We’re a team that works on roofs — that’s the simplest way to put it. Whether it’s a new installation, a repair after a storm, a routine inspection, or ongoing maintenance to keep a roof in good shape for longer, this is the work we do day to day.
Roofing isn’t a small decision for most people. A roof protects the entire structure underneath it, and problems with it tend to show up at the worst possible time — during heavy rain, in the middle of a heatwave, or right when you’re trying to sell a property. We started AurexCity because we wanted to offer a service that people could actually rely on, without the usual guesswork of hiring someone and hoping for the best.
What We Do
Our work generally falls into a few categories:
Roof Installation – Whether it’s a new build or a full roof replacement, we handle the installation process from planning through to completion, based on what actually suits the property and the budget.
Roof Repair – Leaks, damaged sections, storm damage, or general wear — we assess the issue and carry out repairs aimed at fixing the actual problem, not just patching over it temporarily.
Roof Maintenance – A lot of roofing problems can be avoided with regular upkeep. We offer maintenance visits to catch small issues before they turn into expensive ones.
Roof Inspection – If you’re not sure about the condition of a roof — maybe you’re buying a property, or it’s just been a while since anyone looked at it closely — we carry out inspections and give you a straightforward assessment of what we find.
We currently serve Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and we work with both residential and commercial properties.
How We Work
We try to keep things simple and honest. That means:
- Giving you a clear idea of the work involved before we start, not surprises halfway through
- Using materials and methods suited to the specific property, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach
- Being upfront when something isn’t a roofing issue at all, or when a repair makes more sense than a full replacement
- Standing behind the work we do with a general satisfaction guarantee on completed jobs
We know that a lot of people have had frustrating experiences with contractors — work that’s rushed, communication that goes quiet, or problems that resurface a few months later. We built AurexCity around trying to do the opposite of that.
Our Guarantee
When we complete a job, we back it with a general satisfaction guarantee. If something about the completed work isn’t right, we want to know, and we’ll work with you to sort it out. This guarantee applies to the work we carry out directly — it doesn’t cover pre-existing structural issues unrelated to our work, or damage caused by factors outside our control, like extreme weather events after the job is done. We’re happy to talk through the specifics of what’s covered when we quote a project.
Why We Also Write
Alongside the service side of things, we publish articles on our blog covering roofing materials, common issues, maintenance advice, and general construction topics. This isn’t a separate business — it’s part of the same idea. A lot of roofing problems happen because people don’t have access to clear, practical information when they need it. If someone finds one of our articles useful, whether or not they ever become a client, that’s a good outcome as far as we’re concerned.
Our blog content is written to be genuinely useful, not just to fill space. We try to explain things the way we’d explain them to a friend or neighbor who asked us a question about their roof — clearly, honestly, and without unnecessary jargon. Our Approach to Every Project
No two roofs are exactly the same, even if they look similar from the outside. Materials age differently depending on exposure to sun and rain, previous repairs sometimes create hidden issues, and the right solution for one property isn’t always right for the one next door. Because of that, we don’t rely on generic quotes or copy-paste recommendations. Every project starts with actually looking at the property, understanding what’s going on, and figuring out what makes sense — both in terms of the work needed and what’s realistic for the budget involved.
We also try to be realistic about timelines. Roofing work can be affected by weather, material availability, and the scope of the job once we’re actually into it. We’d rather tell you a timeline that’s accurate than one that sounds good on paper and falls apart in practice.

We focus specifically on Islamabad and Rawalpindi because we believe in knowing the areas we work in — the kind of weather patterns that affect roofs here, the common building styles, and the specific challenges that come up in this region. That local focus helps us give more accurate advice and do better work, rather than trying to be everything to everyone across the country.
Our Values
A few things guide how we operate, even if we don’t always spell them out formally:
Honesty over upselling. If a repair is enough, we won’t push a full replacement. If a full replacement is genuinely the better option, we’ll explain why.
Doing the job properly. Roofing mistakes tend to cost more to fix later than they would have cost to do right the first time. We’d rather take the time to do it correctly.
Clear communication. We try to keep clients informed throughout a project, not just at the beginning and the end.
Continuous learning. Roofing materials and techniques change over time, and we try to stay reasonably current with what’s out there, both for our service work and for what we write about on the blog.
